The signature lamb was fatty and lean at the same time, super tender and juicy after just a few seconds in the broth, with this amazing milky flavor. Their secret sesame sauce dip was honestly perfect — rich but not too heavy, made everything taste better. They also brought out napa cabbage on the house which was really refreshing and cut through all the richness. Sitting on the terrace with a cold beer while eating was so nice. The lamb skewers were charred on the outside and tender inside, and paired with the sweet fried dough cake it was such a good combo of textures. Overall super satisfying meal, would totally come back.
