Reviews
- cerulean_fireflyThe vibe here is super Japanese, cozy and really comfortable the second you walk in. We grabbed the sashimi platter and honestly the salmon and sweet shrimp were so fresh they kinda melted in your mouth, plus the house-made soy sauce and wasabi gave it all these layers of flavor. The sushi had such a handmade feel, rice was soft and sticky, and the sweetness of the sea urchin blended perfectly with the delicate sashimi. Oh and the chicken wing dumplings — those aren't even on the menu, total hidden gem. Crispy skin on the outside, packed with fish roe inside, such a great combo of textures. Staff were super friendly and things came out fast. Overall a really solid experience, I'd come back for sure.
