Dishes
Clear Soup BaseThe clear soup base is built on a light broth that captures the freshness of various ingredients. Fresh vegetables and meats are combined with carefully selected spices and slowly simmered to create a clear, delicate flavor—this is a classic choice for hot pot.
Stir-Fried Beef TripeSpicy beef tripe is a stir-fry dish made with beef tripe, quickly cooked with chili, garlic, and ginger. The cleaned tripe is sliced and stir-fried with seasonings to retain its crisp texture.
Chinese Cabbage and Tofu SoupCabbage and tofu soup is a simple home-style dish, primarily made with fresh cabbage and soft tofu. The preparation typically involves washing and cutting the cabbage into segments, cubing the tofu, then boiling them together in water and seasoning with an appropriate amount of salt.
Chinese Cabbage Tofu Noodle PlatterThe Chinese cabbage tofu noodle platter consists of Chinese cabbage, tofu, and noodles, usually stir-fried or boiled, with a fresh taste and rich ingredient combination.
Vegetable Stir-Fried NoodlesVegetable stir-fried pancakes are made primarily from烙饼 (flatbread) and vegetables. The flatbread is sliced into thin strips and stir-fried quickly with shredded carrots, bean sprouts, and other vegetables over high heat, allowing the noodles and vegetables to blend thoroughly. This results in a delicious and healthy vegetarian dish.
Mutton Noodle SoupLamb boiled noodle is a dish where lamb is sliced or cubed and cooked together with noodles in boiling water. The main ingredients include lamb and noodles made from flour, along with seasonings such as green onions and ginger. First, the lamb is blanched to remove any odor, then it is cooked together with the noodles, and finally seasoned with an appropriate amount of salt and spices.
Gate Nail Meat BunsMen Ding meat buns are made primarily with beef, seasoned with scallions, ginger, and other spices to form a filling. The mixture is then wrapped in dough and shaped into small pies resembling door nails. Finally, they are pan-fried until both sides turn golden brown.
Soybean Curd with SpicesMá Dòufu is made primarily from tofu and processed through a special method. It has a grayish-white color, a delicate texture, and a subtle bean aroma. During preparation, it is typically stir-fried with seasonings such as chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns, allowing the tofu to fully absorb the spicy and numbing flavors.
Reviews
- Hollis_9The tripe was super tender and crispy with a nice chewy bite, and the sauce they give you with it really takes it to another level — every mouthful had so much going on. The clear soup base was fragrant and rich but still light, honestly I couldn't stop sipping it. Beef tripe portions were huge and had that perfect springy texture. The meat pie was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and they told us to eat it with the fried dough rings which was a great call. Staff recommendations were spot on and everyone was really friendly. Overall a super comfy meal, would totally come back.
