  I actually walked by here yesterday and didn't get a chance to stop, so today I came back on purpose. I tried the banana pancake first and then spotted a brown sugar black sesame cupcake, so obviously I had to grab one of those too. The flavors lean a little sweet, but honestly it's really good — the black sesame cream is so fragrant. The brown sugar cake part was solid as well, and it went perfectly with a cup of pineapple wheat tea. Also really loved the vibe — the person working there is the server AND the pastry chef, super young, super warm, totally happy to help. Made the whole place feel really welcoming.
