Like, the outside is crispy and the inside is so juicy and tender, and there's zero gamey taste at all — just really flavorful, tight meat that basically melts in your mouth. We got the Hulunbuir lamb skewers and some chicken cartilage ones too, both were amazing with their special sauce. The place was super clean with little booth seats which was perfect since we had a kid with us. Staff was really friendly too, they helped grill everything for us and even gave us these cooling patches which was a nice touch, didn't feel too hot while eating. Also grabbed some cold appetizers and grilled pickled cabbage which were great for cutting through all the richness. Honestly a really comfortable meal, we'd definitely come back.
