Reviews
- silver_sageA friend had been telling me about this Chaoshan beef noodle spot in Zhongguancun, said it was super authentic, so I swung by to check it out. Honestly, did not disappoint. The noodles were chewy and bouncy, the broth was rich and super flavorful, and the beef was so tender but still had that nice bite to it. The satay sauce was thick and a little spicy, mixed it all in with the noodles and it was seriously addictive. Food came out really fast, and the self-serve condiment bar had a ton of options — plus you can get noodle refills, which was clutch. Overall the flavor and the value both blew me away, left there totally stuffed and happy. Would definitely come back.
