The beef is sliced and cooked right in front of you, you can literally see the texture and it stays super tender when you bite in. The sauce they use is packed with flavor, really fragrant, and no gamey taste at all. Portions are way bigger than your average hotpot place — the two of us were totally stuffed. Super clean inside, no smoky smell, and it feels private enough for hanging out with friends. Honestly, the flavor feels even more consistent than my last few visits. Def coming back again.
