- charming_teffOkay so I went in thinking this saffron seafood paella was gonna be one of those dishes that's all looks and no substance, but wow was I wrong. It was seriously so good I almost wanted to lick the plate clean. The seafood was super generous — big juicy shrimp and mussels that were so fresh they practically bounced when I bit into them. The rice was perfect too, like every grain was separate and soaked in this rich, flavorful sauce with that gorgeous saffron aroma. Not mushy at all, just the right texture. And honestly it photographed like a dream. Definitely coming back for this one.
