- pint-sized_batGot the crispy scallion squid — the outside was a little charred and the inside was super tender and bouncy, with this amazing scallion flavor. You can totally tell it was just caught and cooked fresh. The Fuding meat slice soup was silky and warm, one sip and I felt totally cozy. The misua and tundun jelly (the peanut worm thing) were both really authentic, great texture and layers of flavor. The place was clean and you can actually see the live seafood in the display, which is nice and reassuring. The server recommended a few specials and they were all solid. Honestly a really satisfying meal overall.
