Dishes
Pumpkin SoupPumpkin soup is made primarily from fresh pumpkin, steamed and then blended into a smooth puree. A small amount of cream or coconut milk can be added to enhance the texture, while a pinch of salt and pepper adds flavor. The finished dish has a golden color, a silky texture, and emits a subtle pumpkin aroma.
Hula Hoop Super PlatterThe Hoop Super Platter is a combination dish featuring fried chicken strips, shrimp, squid rings, and vegetable sticks, all coated in a thin crispy batter and deep-fried to golden perfection. Sliced neatly and beautifully arranged, it's perfect for sharing among friends.
Signature Sweet and Sour PorkSpicy Sweet and Sour Pork is a dish made primarily from pork tenderloin. The meat is cut into pieces, coated with a starch batter, then deep-fried until golden and crispy. It is then stir-fried with a prepared sweet and sour sauce (containing sugar, vinegar, ketchup, etc.) to evenly coat the meat pieces with sauce.
Korean Fresh-Pressed Cold NoodlesNorth Korean-style fresh-squeezed cold noodles made from buckwheat, hand-pressed into wide strands, boiled and chilled for a smooth, elastic texture. Served with pickled kimchi, cucumber ribbons, egg slices, beef or cold noodle-specific meat strips, and chilled special sauce made from beef broth, soy sauce, vinegar, chili paste, and sugar.
Stone Pot Beef Rice BowlStone pot beef rice is made with tender beef slices, seasoned with a rich sauce and colorful vegetables such as carrots, green peppers, and onions, quickly stir-fried in a stone pot at high heat. Finally, the cooked beef and vegetables are placed on steaming hot rice, thoroughly mixed to allow each grain of rice to absorb the essence of the beef and vegetables.
Secret-Recipe Pork BellyBraised pork belly is a dish made primarily from pork belly, marinated in a special sauce and then grilled. Thin slices of pork belly are marinated in a secret sauce to infuse flavor, then grilled over charcoal until golden and crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy inside. It's even better when paired with fresh vegetables.
Secret-Recipe BeefSpicy beef is made with fresh beef slices, marinated in a secret sauce and quickly stir-fried or boiled. Reviews
- goofy_sycamoreThe moment you walk in the smell of grilled meat just hits you, and honestly it's amazing. Tons of cuts to choose from and everything looked really fresh. The marinated pork belly was perfect — crispy on the outside, juicy inside, not greasy at all. Dipped a little in the sauce and it was so addictive. The marbled beef was gorgeous, melted in your mouth, super tender and full of flavor. Staff was super friendly too, they actually came over and helped flip the meat for us so we didn't have to do anything. They also brought out fresh cold noodles and a pumpkin soup on the table, which was a nice cool break from all the heavy grilled stuff. Left feeling totally satisfied, definitely coming back next time I'm in Beijing.
