The place is super spacious and clean, and the staff is really on top of things — they swap out the charcoal and the grill grate without you even having to ask. I got the Qiqihar-style mixed fresh beef and it was so tender, and that secret sauce they put on it just takes it to another level. The lamb ribs were sizzling and dripping fat, smelled amazing, and I stuffed them into the fresh-baked sesame buns — super authentic flavor. The topping/sauce bar has tons of options so you can mix and match however you want, and I left feeling totally satisfied but not gross or overloaded. You control the whole pace yourself, which makes it perfect for a solo meal. Definitely coming back.
