Dishes
TurnipTurnip, also known as mustard tuber, is primarily preserved and consumed through pickling. Fresh turnips are washed and soaked in salt water. After a period of time, they become sour and crisp, commonly served as an appetizer or side dish.
Seasoning MixXiaoliao is a flavorful condiment made by finely mixing various spices and seasonings, primarily including minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped chili, and Sichuan pepper powder. It is prepared through simple stir-frying or marinating to enhance the depth and taste of dishes.
Instant NoodlesInstant noodles are a type of quick-cooking noodle product primarily made from wheat flour noodles and seasoning packets. The noodles are processed by frying or hot-air drying to allow for long-term storage. To prepare, simply pour hot water over the noodles or cook them for a few minutes until softened, then mix in the seasoning packet and enjoy.
Grilled Wheat GlutenGrilled gluten is a snack made primarily from gluten. To prepare it, gluten is skewered onto bamboo sticks and grilled over charcoal or in a烤炉. During grilling, it is continuously turned to ensure even heating until the surface turns golden brown and slightly charred, releasing an enticing aroma.
Crispy Duck SkinThe skin of roast duck is the outer layer of the duck, specially roasted to perfection. A tender and plump duck is marinated and then slow-roasted over fruitwood charcoal until the skin turns golden and crispy. Finally, the skin is sliced paper-thin, offering a fragrant and crunchy delight.
Crispy Pork RibsCrunchy bones are mainly made from pig or cow cartilage, marinated and then fried or stir-fried. Seasonings are added during cooking to enhance flavor while maintaining a crispy exterior and tender interior.
Braised Chicken Feet with Tiger SkinHǔpí Jīzhǎo is made primarily from chicken feet. The chicken feet are deep-fried until the skin becomes crispy and bubbled, then marinated with seasonings to absorb flavor. Finally, they are steamed to allow the taste to penetrate into the inner parts, creating a texture resembling tiger skin.
Reviews
- Xen_18Been here a few times now and every visit I notice something new. This time the spicy soup was just as flavorful as I remember, and the tiger skin chicken feet were honestly the star — sucked the meat right off the bone and they were soaked in all that rich broth, super fragrant. The sauce station has a ton of stuff to mix your own dip, and I threw together garlic paste and chili which turned out perfect. Staff is always warm and welcoming, and the owner even came by to ask if I wanted more broth. Compared to the last few times, the ingredients tasted fresher this round, so overall a really comfortable meal.
