Reviews
- immense_pinto_beanThis place really does have a few signature dishes that absolutely deliver. The curry crab and the minced meat (definitely go for the chicken version, the texture is way more bouncy) are straight up rice killers — I was literally just spooning them over my bowl. The water spinach was done super authentically too, which was a nice surprise. But fair warning on the milk tea — the sweetness is fixed, so if you're not into really sweet drinks it might feel a bit cloying after a while. The prawn crackers they bring out before the meal were a highlight though, crispy and fragrant without being greasy at all. Vibe inside is pretty nice, but honestly go on a weekday when it's not packed — that's when you actually get to enjoy how calm and quiet the atmosphere is. Overall the value is really solid compared to other places in this category, and if you live on the west side or work nearby it's super convenient to pop in when you're craving something good.
