The Chongqing-style noodles are super authentic — I got the noodles with peas and minced pork sauce and wow, the flavors were on point. The sauce was rich but not heavy at all, and the noodles had that perfect chewy bite. Also tried the wontons in chili oil and they were amazing, super thin skin and packed with filling, you can tell they use really good ingredients. We also ordered a few Sichuan dishes and they had that real deal spicy kick without being overwhelming. Everything tasted fresh and legit, the kind of place where you wanna slow down and actually enjoy your food instead of just inhaling it. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Beijing.
