The freshly made beef balls had that perfect QQ bouncy chewy texture — honestly best when they floated up to the top. The fried tofu skin from Chaoshan was amazing too, super crispy and packed with that toasty soybean flavor. Our server was really nice, helped us cook the meat and even brought out free chilled watermelon which was such a nice touch. Everything tasted fresh, the place was clean, and honestly it's a great spot to come with friends.
