The grilled rainbow trout was caught fresh and grilled right away — super crispy skin and the fish was so tender and juicy inside, no fishy taste at all, we kept eating more and more because it was that good. The fried Sichuan peppercorn shoots were so crunchy and packed with that peppery flavor, really helped cut through the richness of everything else. Portions were huge too, just a few dishes and we were totally stuffed. The setting was really nice, there's a courtyard with trees and flowers, super chill vibe, and parking was easy. Staff were super friendly and warm, food came out fast, whole experience was just really relaxed and fun.
