The scallops stir-fried with scallions were so flavorful, the scallop meat was really firm and bouncy, and the scallion flavor just explodes in your mouth, honestly couldn't stop eating. The blanched cockles were also really good, super clean taste and the meat was sweet and snappy. The sea intestine rice is their signature dish, the sea intestine was crispy and chewy, mixed into the rice it was seriously addictive. The place is bright and spacious, service was attentive, and the food came out really fast. Overall the flavors lean fresh and light, perfect if you want something that isn't too heavy.
