We got the fish maw and chicken hotpot and honestly the broth was super rich, those big chunks of fish maw were so soft and bouncy, and the chicken was tender and packed with flavor. Really satisfying bowl. Also tried the pineapple bun — crispy outside, sweet and buttery inside, perfect texture contrast. The red rice noodle roll with the fried dough was crispy on the outside, tender inside, not greasy at all. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, and the service was pretty attentive too. Definitely coming back!
