The wide fresh pasta was my first time trying something like that, the texture is really unique, honestly I liked it way more than regular Italian pasta. The oxtail pasta is super rich, packed with beef fat and cheese flavor but somehow not too heavy. The Spanish seafood pasta is lighter and more refreshing. Both amazing. The low-temp beef — you can tell from one bite it's good quality meat, but the flavor wasn't super mind-blowing. Next time I'm definitely pairing it with a glass of red wine, that would be perfect. The vibe is just my dream spot. The style is so thoughtful, lots of attention to detail, really tasteful. Sat down and immediately felt at home. The owner is super nice and attentive — she even set up a phone stand for customers eating alone, which I thought was so sweet. Price-wise it's pretty reasonable. Went on a weekday for lunch and no line at all. Definitely coming back.
