The chicken skewers were cooked to like a perfect medium-rare, and the seared goose was so silky it just dissolved in my mouth. That miso cheese dip was salty and rich, melted the second it hit my tongue, went really well with the drinks too. The vibe inside was super cozy, the owner was so friendly and walked us through everything on the menu, and sitting in a circle chatting just felt so comfortable. The grilled stuff was all cooked really well, nothing overdone. Overall a really solid experience, I'd come back for sure.
