Dishes
Wuchang RiceWuchang rice is made from high-quality Wuchang rice as the main ingredient, carefully washed to preserve the natural aroma of the rice. It uses an appropriate ratio of water to rice and strictly controls cooking time to achieve soft, flavorful rice with distinct, separate grains.
Proud Fish Head King (Chopped Chili)Made with fish head as the main ingredient, seasoned with chopped chili, ginger, and garlic, then steamed. Fresh large fish heads are used, and chopped chili enhances the flavor.
Beef Brisket with TomatoesBeef brisket and tomatoes are the main ingredients. After blanching the beef to remove odor, tomato chunks are prepared. Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry tomatoes until soft and juicy, then add beef brisket and stir well. Add water and simmer until beef is tender and flavorful. Season and reduce sauce.
Xiang-Style Special Fried RiceXiang-style fried rice made with rice, cured pork, green and red peppers, onion, and egg. Cured pork is first sliced and stir-fried to release oil, then other ingredients and rice are cooked together for distinct, fragrant grains.
Xiang-style Rice TofuXiang-style rice tofu is a specialty snack made from rice. Rice is soaked, ground into paste, then steamed. It's semi-transparent with a soft, elastic texture. Typically mixed with chili oil, garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, and vinegar, it can also be combined with stir-fried meat or vegetables.
Water spinach stir-friedWater spinach is a common leafy vegetable. Wash and cut it into segments, then stir-fry quickly with garlic in hot oil until just cooked, preserving its fresh and tender texture.

Reviews
- introspective_sunflower_Tried a few Hunan dishes here and honestly everything was pretty solid. The star for me was this Hunan-style rice tofu — so soft and silky, mixed into the rice it was insanely good. The stir-fried pork was great too, meat wasn't greasy at all, spice level was just right and the seasoning was on point. Stir-fried organic cauliflower came out nice and crunchy, super fresh tasting. They have a ton of spicy options so if you're into heat you'll be happy. Place was clean, service was attentive, and the price is really fair for what you get. Definitely coming back.
