Panda Red Bean BunA panda red bean bun is a pastry with a flour dough skin and sweet red bean paste filling. The outer skin is made from fermented dough, and the filling is sweet bean paste. The dough is rolled into a circle, filled with red bean paste, sealed, shaped into a panda, and decorated with black sesame or edible pigment for eyes and limbs during steaming to resemble a panda.
