Reviews
- frost_oliveSo this is the only Starbucks near my office, and honestly I've been off Starbucks for a while now — I just make my own coffee at work. But a while back they had a Harry Potter collab and I wanted to grab my son a Harry Potter figurine, so I went downstairs and ordered something. That's when this girl helped me out — I have no idea if she's the manager or what, but wow. The way she talked, just everything about her, you can tell it's not pushy or scripted sales. She actually cares about the customer, like genuinely, and it makes you happy to spend the money. It's been freezing lately and I had nothing to do, so I went back down for another coffee. I was only planning on grabbing something quick, but then I saw she was on shift again. I just casually mentioned I had no coupons left on my card, and without even thinking about it I ended up buying a new card to keep coming back. I used to do retail management and CRM stuff, and honestly this girl is really really good. She's definitely gonna end up at a bigger location where she can share her love and understanding of the brand with way more people. If I were in charge of retail right now, I'd honestly want to poach her for my own team!!
