The lamb was fall-off-the-bone tender, super flavorful, no gamey taste at all, seriously addictive. The broth was rich and the side dishes were great too — white radish, wood ear mushrooms, and spinach that had soaked up all that tasty soup. The staff were really friendly, food came out quick, and they kept refilling the broth and clearing the table without us having to ask. Super comfortable experience overall, would definitely come back.
