The fish is literally scooped out of the tank and thrown straight into the hotpot — super tender, and the broth is so flavorful. You can just take your time eating alone without feeling weird about it. The seafood congee is thick and rich, shrimp and scallops taste really fresh, and it's the perfect warm-up sip. Grabbed a cold noodle dish on the side to go with the congee — nice and refreshing, not greasy at all. Came here solo and the vibe is super chill, great spot if you just wanna enjoy your own company.
