Reviews
- mango_cougarOkay this place is SO cute, the whole area around the panda merch is adorable and honestly super healing after a long day of sightseeing 🥰 We went in to check out the vibes and the restaurant itself was just as nice. The must-try is the pear soup — apparently it's THE signature dish, like even famous singers like Zhang Yixing and Eason Chan come here for it when they're in Beijing for concerts, which is kinda wild. It's made the old-school way with Zhao County snow pears and simmered for like 6 hours, and you can totally tell. It's thick and kinda translucent looking, and the flavor is naturally sweet from the pear itself without being overly sugary at all. Drank one cup and felt this warm hug from my throat all the way down to my stomach. So comforting! They give you a notebook when you sit down and you can write in it for free, plus there's a service bell on the table too. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Beijing!
