Reviews
- sprouting_carawayHonestly the sea urchin dumplings here blew me away!! They use fresh sea urchin from the 39th parallel north and the wrapper is super thin so you get tons of filling. One bite and it's just this sweet, briny sea urchin flavor that hits you. The texture was crazy good too. I also tried their signature caramel tofu pudding which was so smooth and creamy, not too sweet, and the soy flavor really came through. Service was great too, the staff helped us take photos which was such a nice touch. The place is clean and spacious and you can actually see into the open kitchen which is always a good sign. We also got the pine nut shredded potato and marinated raw shrimp — both really fresh. Honestly everything we ordered was solid, super balanced meal. Definitely gonna be back.
