Eating it with the pickled cabbage was a game changer, kinda cuts through the richness. The spicy pickled cucumber strips were refreshing too, really nice balance to all the meat. We got the thick-cut pork belly and it was perfect, nice layers of fat and lean, and dipping it in the garlic sauce takes it to another level honestly. The owner was awesome, super friendly and kept telling us how long to cook each cut and even flipped the meat for us. Fried rice was a huge portion and the seasoning was spot on, couldn't stop eating it. Everything tasted super fresh and the whole place smelled amazing while we were grilling. Honestly just a really comfortable, chill vibe the whole time. I'd totally come back!
