Reviews
- sacred_cicadaThe preserved veggie stuffed buns came out of the oven hot and smelled incredible — the crust was so thin and crispy that it literally crumbled the second I bit in, super impressive. The preserved veggies were salty and fragrant in the best way, paired with ground pork that was rich but not greasy, and the sesame and wheat flavors came together just right. Then there's the beef stuffed bun, which is an absolute must if you're a meat lover. The beef filling they use is seriously fresh and packed with flavor, seasoned perfectly — not gamey at all and not dry either. After the charcoal grill does its thing, the outside gets this golden, crispy shell with a really strong toasted wheat aroma, and every single bite is just solid, meaty goodness. Both were honestly amazing, I'd totally come back for these.
