Honestly didn't know what to expect but it's kinda cool? They've got a bunch of stuff going on inside: a tea house, a badminton court, calligraphy studios, a painting gallery, art space, the works. Whole vibe is this creative, artsy kind of thing. The grounds aren't huge but it's really nicely kept. Oh and the calligraphy/painting gallery at the very back is the standout — definitely go check that out first. Also noticed a bunch of rooms for rent in there, might be worth looking into online if you're hunting for space. Pretty chill spot overall.
