The fish itself was really tender and juicy, and the numbing Sichuan pepper flavor was so good — honestly the more I ate the more I couldn't stop. The side veggies had soaked up all that sauce, super flavorful, especially the potatoes and the tofu skin, those were amazing. Rice was refillable which is a huge plus, nice and soft, went perfectly with the fish. Place was clean, lots of room between tables, vibe was really comfortable. Staff was friendly and fast, kept refilling our water without us even asking. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Beijing!
