- Upton_14Okay so I tried the luosifen here and honestly the broth is so good — super sour and spicy, like the first sip kinda hits you and you just wanna keep going. The fried egg was unreal, crispy on the outside but still soft inside, and it had soaked up all that broth so when you bite in it just bursts in your mouth, really unique texture. The crispy pork trotters were done perfectly too, bouncy skin and tender meat, not greasy at all. Place was clean and tidy, service was great, the owner even helped reheat stuff for us without us asking. Noodles had a nice chewy bite to them and they loaded up on the toppings, left me totally satisfied.
