The pork ribs in the iron pot were insanely good, so tender and juicy, not dry at all, and the broth was rich and packed with flavor. The corn flatbreads soaking up all that broth were amazing too, just super fragrant. The wide glass noodles and the goose were a really good combo, honestly so satisfying. The place is always clean and the service is on point. Last time I asked for it to be a little less spicy and they actually remembered it this time, which I thought was a nice touch. Overall just a really comfortable meal, definitely gonna come back again.
