Got the big chunk beef shank noodles and wow, the beef pieces were honestly massive — almost as wide as my palm. Super tender and fall-apart soft, with that rich beef tallow flavor hitting in layers. Came with some pickled veggies and smashed cucumber on the side, which were perfect for cutting through the richness, super refreshing. The noodles were these thick handmade ones with a really nice chewy bite, and they paired perfectly with the beef. Spice level was pretty mild honestly, so even if you're not great with heat you'd be totally fine. Left feeling super satisfied, definitely gonna come back and try some of their other noodle dishes.
