The meat selection is solid — the old lady's signature fatty beef and the snow beef are both worth trying, and the beef slices are big, thin, and super tender, really satisfying to eat. You can grill it yourself or have the staff do it for you, and we went with the latter way less hassle. The sauce station has helpful little labels so pairing stuff up is easy. Only thing to watch out for is some dishes like the pickled cabbage pork belly need constant flipping, so letting the staff handle it is the safer bet. The two-person set is all meat, so I'd throw in some lettuce or a small side to balance it out. Price-wise it's pretty reasonable for this style of mud oven BBQ, and the quality matches what you pay for. Good spot for a casual hangout with friends or when you're craving meat.
