The Lanzhou beef noodle soup base is really rich, the beef shank is fall-apart tender and packed with flavor, and the noodles have that perfect chewy bite. Staff are attentive too — they actually asked us about our taste preferences without us having to say anything. I'd definitely recommend the big sliced beef shank noodles, and grab a side dish to go with it. Seating wasn't too tight when we went, but honestly, still get there early during peak hours or you'll be waiting.
