- Noa_29The spring pancakes were thin and had a really nice chew to them — wrapping up the stir-fried veggies and pickled cabbage inside made every bite feel super fresh and not greasy at all, which honestly was perfect with the duck. The Peking duck itself was amazing, crispy skin, tender meat, not too fatty, and when you roll it up in the pancake it just hits on so many levels. We got the set menu and it was a great deal, two of us shared a duck and the pancakes and left totally happy. Our server was lovely too, kept reminding us to eat the pancakes while they were hot. And the whole place has that old Beijing vibe going on, super atmospheric, really made the meal feel special. Would definitely come back.
