- Pat_14Took the family here to Juchifan on a weekend, and honestly the whole experience was solid. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor of the Hualian mall right by Gongyi Xiqiao — super easy to find coming out of the subway, and if you drive they give members an hour of free parking which is clutch. Inside it has that classic old Beijing vibe, even got some chairs by the entrance that are cute for photos. The menu is huge, but we went for the signatures — the Peking duck was amazing, super crispy skin and tender meat, and the roasted lamb was juicy and not gamey at all. Also tried the fried sausage which was thin and crispy on the outside, soft inside, very authentic. The mango durian dessert and the pancake wrapped fried fish were unique — the fish was fried so well you could literally eat the bones, my parents and the kids both loved it. Service is warm and food comes out fast, great for families or a chill hang with friends. Price per person is pretty reasonable too. Solid pick for Beijing style food in the south side of the city, would come back.
