Reviews
- florid_crocusThe noodles in this braised beef stew dish were handmade — thick and super chewy, exactly how I like them. The broth was rich and thick, clinging to every strand so each bite was just slurpy and satisfying. Looked super spicy with all that red chili oil on top but honestly it was more fragrant than spicy. The beef chunks were huge and so tender they basically fell apart. The broth itself was deep and mellow, and I wasn't left with that dry mouth feeling afterwards. Oh, and eating it with garlic?? Game changer. Absolute game changer.
