Reviews
- soft_sorghumFound this noodle spot on the 7th floor of the mall and honestly it was a great little surprise. The place is clean and bright, and you can watch the guys hand-making the dough and toasting the buns right in front of you, which was a really cool vibe. I got the braised pork sandwich — the bun was so crispy it was literally flaking off everywhere, and when I bit in the juices just went everywhere, super flavorful especially with that chili oil. Also tried the hand-pulled noodles tossed in chili oil, which I'd definitely recommend. The noodles had a really nice chewy bite and the oil was fragrant but not super spicy, so even if you're not great with heat it's totally fine. The server girl was super sweet and pointed me toward some of their special dishes too. Overall a really satisfying meal, I'd come back for sure.
