We went with the Anhui beef noodles and the beef offal noodles, and wow, the noodles had that perfect chewy bite, the broth was rich and deep, and the spice hit in layers instead of just blasting you with heat. You can tell they slow-cooked the broth the traditional way. The offal was cleaned really well too, none of that funky taste, and the texture was great. Place was pretty packed when we went at lunch, yeah it got a little cramped, but the whole vibe was just buzzing and lively. Also gotta mention their homemade braised pork — threw that on top and honestly took everything to another level. Would 100% come back.
