We ordered the crispy beef short ribs with dried tangerine peel, and wow — super crunchy on the outside, tender inside, and the tangerine flavor was really fragrant. Plus the plating was gorgeous, looked amazing in photos. For dessert we got the black sesame koi fish pudding, which is an absolute must if you've got a sweet tooth. The puddings are shaped like little koi fish, so cute, and the black sesame on top gives it this really nice texture and look — pictures of it looked seriously delicious. They also brought out some candied walnut bits before the meal, super crunchy and sweet. Honestly the whole experience was really comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely come back.
