- Linden_20Got the Chongqing pea and minced pork noodles and wow, the noodles had that perfect chewy bite, the peas were super soft and full of flavor, and the meat sauce was rich with little chunks of pork throughout. The spice built up in layers and my tongue was getting that tingly numbing thing by the end. Also tried their signature pork trotter soup which was fall-off-the-bone tender in this crazy fragrant broth, plus the dipping sauce on the side was spicy, sour, and a little numbing — actually helped cool my mouth down after the noodles. Place was clean, you can see right into the kitchen which I always like, and the staff were super friendly and on top of things. Food came out fast too. They let you adjust the spice level which is great if you can't handle too much heat. Everything tasted really authentic and the ingredients felt fresh. Honestly left feeling really good about this spot, would totally come back.
