Dishes
Smoked Chicken BonesSmoked chicken bones are primarily made from chicken bones, which are marinated and then smoked using wood chips or tea leaves to impart a unique smoky aroma. During preparation, seasonings such as soy sauce, cooking wine, and spices are typically added for marinating, followed by low-temperature smoking to allow the flavors to penetrate deeply while maintaining a firm texture.
Signature Smoked ChickenOur signature smoked chicken dish features a whole chicken as the main ingredient, marinated and slowly smoked over wood fire. The meat is firm with a smoky aroma, the skin slightly charred, and the inside tender and juicy.
Signature Spiced Braised BeefSpecialty braised beef is made from high-quality beef shank, processed through marinating and slow stewing. The main ingredients are beef and various spices such as star anise, cassia bark, Sichuan pepper, ginger, and green onion segments. Slow simmering allows the beef to absorb flavors deeply while maintaining a tender texture.
Special Chicken Broth Tofu SkinSpecial chicken broth tofu skin is primarily made with tofu skin, supplemented by ingredients such as chicken, mushrooms, and green vegetables. The tofu skin is soaked and cut into strips, then stir-fried together with chicken丝 (chicken threads) and mushroom slices. Chicken broth is added for seasoning, and a small amount of water starch is poured in to thicken the sauce, making it cling to the surface of the ingredients.
Smoked Quail EggsSmoked quail eggs are made primarily from quail eggs, which are boiled, peeled, and then smoked using wood chips or tea leaves. This process gives the eggs a deep brown color and a smoky aroma. The finished product has a slightly dry outer skin and a tender, smooth interior with a unique taste.
Old Tianqiao Hand-Torn SausageLao Tianqiao hand-teared intestine is a specialty snack made with pork intestines. After cleaning, the intestines are filled with seasoned meat paste and then boiled or steamed. Eaten by tearing or breaking by hand, it has a chewy texture and rich flavor.
Crispy Smoked Pork EarsPig ears are cleaned, blanched, marinated with special spices, then fried until crispy. Crispy outside, chewy inside, with a smoky aroma.
Braised Chicken in SauceStewed chicken in sauce is a dish made by marinating chicken and slow-cooking it with soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, ginger, and scallions. The chicken absorbs the flavors through gentle simmering, then the sauce is reduced to coat the meat evenly.
Reviews
- wily_geraniumI've been here a few times before and swung by again to grab some smoked chicken and chicken skeleton to take home. Flavor's been pretty consistent every time. The smoked chicken smells amazing, meat's firm but not dry at all, really tasty. The chicken skeleton was super flavorful too, gnawing on it was so satisfying. The staff is always attentive — they even threw in an extra bag for me when I was tasting stuff, which was a nice touch. Prices are solid too, way cheaper than a lot of chain places, great value. The tofu skin was a little bland but honestly everything else was worth the trip.
