- dinky_adzukiThe vibe: super tiny little Xinjiang place, the ceiling is literally like right above your head lol. But honestly it's got that really authentic local Xinjiang feel, loved it. Service: the owner is from Xinjiang and everyone working there is too, they were all super friendly and热情. Now the food — we got the beef tendon skewers and they were massive, like really big pieces, but so good and chewy. The lamb baked buns were insanely fresh, like seriously the best buns I've had in a while. The grilled beef skewers were so fragrant, you could tell the meat was really fresh. And we just randomly ordered the plain baked naan on a whim and wow, even just a tiny bit filled us up, we couldn't even finish it. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Beijing!!
