Got the sour and spicy Mianyang rice noodles (mi fen) and honestly the texture was great — the noodles were silky and had that nice chewy bite, and the portion was super generous for the price. They loaded it up with toppings and side ingredients, so every bite had a ton of stuff going on, which I loved. The broth really nails that sour and spicy flavor, but if I'm being picky the sourness was just a tiny bit too strong for me — kinda overpowered the other aromatics. If they dialed the sour back just a little, the whole bowl would be way more balanced. But for a quick, filling everyday meal, the value is definitely there. Anyone who's all about that tangy flavor is gonna be obsessed with this place.
