The shrimp were bouncy and so fresh, and the fried egg was insane — crispy outside, soft and almost custardy inside. They did it in stages, which I thought was a nice touch, and each course felt really well thought out. The sweet potato at the end was the perfect closer, all caramelized and fluffy inside. Everything was made right in front of us at the counter, which made the whole vibe super lively and fun. Not greasy at all, which honestly surprised me. Would definitely come back.
