  The boiled fish was so tender and silky, and the Sichuan peppercorn salt smell just hit you as soon as they poured the hot oil over it — that sizzle moment was honestly amazing. The fish basically melted in my mouth, no fishy taste at all. The mapo tofu was the perfect kind of spicy-numbing combo, and the tofu was literally as soft as pudding, amazing over rice. Service was super friendly, food came out fast, and the portions were really generous. The side veggies — bean sprouts and lotus root slices — had soaked up all that broth and were still super crunchy. Overall tons of flavor, the spice level is intense but not harsh, and if you're into Sichuan food you've gotta try this place.
