The place isn't huge but it's super cozy inside, and the music in the background was on point. Ordered the grilled salmon roll and the outside was lightly charred with this subtle smoky flavor, and the salmon inside was so fatty and juicy with really distinct layers of texture. The ingredients tasted really fresh, you can actually taste the sweetness of the sea. The staff was super attentive too, they gave suggestions on what to pair things with when we were ordering. The foie gras hand roll wasn't greasy at all, the tuna sashimi was super fresh, and the portions were solid. Honestly left really satisfied.
