Reviews
- awkward_pistachioThe beef was super fresh and had a really nice firm texture — especially the handmade beef balls, they were bouncy and chewy without that weird floury taste, and when you bit into them the juice just burst out. The broth was clear and light, tasted really clean and refreshing. With the rice noodle soup on the side, which was sweet and tangy, it actually helped cut through the richness of the meat. The hanging dragon and tender cuts only needed a quick dip for a few seconds and they literally melted in your mouth. The place was clean, the staff were attentive, portions were generous, and honestly the price was great for what you got. Definitely coming back!
